I have made a build of the current development branch 1.9.x.

It is a total rewrite of Yum Extender from scratch.

New stuff :

  • Repository View.
    • Select what repositories to use.
    • Make and use repository profiles.
    • Little padlock to show that gpgcheck is enabled for repository.
    • new yumex.conf option 'repo_exclude=' to filter repositories shown in repo view. Default value is 'repo_exclude=debug,source'.
      Add 'repo_exclude=' to /etc/yumex.conf to show source and debug info repositories in repo view.
  • Preferences is working again.
  • Commandline options is working again. (yumex --help to list options)



Missing stuff: (Compared to yumex 1.2.x)
  • Laucher.
